We have a field of remote agents that are not refreshing inventory updates with some dating back to august of last year. Almost our whole population has not had an inventory update since 5/01/2025. Our users are not able to update things in self service and we think that this is part of the issue. Commands are also stuck in pending and we don't know how we are going to fix this/ wipe the devices so we can fix them without plugging them in to apple configurator in our office. Any ideas?

I belive this after Jamf Pro update from 11.16 to 11.17, I faced same issue for Mac devices. Raised support ticket but no luck.
Not sure about iPads, for Mac it required to kill the jamf process then run the jamf policy manually to check in.

Did the MDM Profile expire by chance on these set of iPads?
