We have a new JCDS Cloud DP, as well as two on-prem file share DPs.
When and how does it replicate?
I thought I understood it explained to me that the JAMF Cloud will keep the DPs replicated, and there's options in the Cloud Distribution Point settings that allow you to choose what replicates from the Principal DP.
But, I'm wondering now if it's really going to keep everything replicated itself, or if we'll need to run JAMF sync or some other method for it to actually replicate.

This doesn't happen automatically. Jamf has a GitHub project to address this though.

Hello @user-BEmyTihUnW,
Replication to the JCDS Cloud DP does not happen automatically. You must use Jamf Admin to manually replicate content from your Principal DP—either the full contents or selected files, depending on your settings. For automation or syncing between on-prem DPs, consider using JamfSync, an open-source utility by Jamf that supports syncing across cloud and file share DPs.Replication to the JCDS Cloud DP does not happen automatically.
