I just installed the Zendesk Jamf Viewer today and it's pretty cool. The only problem is that, when viewing tickets submitted by a user who has >1 system attributed to them in Jamf, you're presented with the ability to search Jamf from the widget.
But the search seems to be busted :-(
Anybody using this and can confirm the same behavior and/or have suggestions re. how to fix?

Correction: It WORKS (turns out my service account didn't have the appropriate read permissions in Jamf) but the output comes out in raw JSON format :-(

Hey Chris, Are you using this with an on-prem instance of jamf or in jamf cloud?
