Hi all,
I am trying to work on a solution to setup a splash screen at the login for our fleet.
The idea is when users log onto macs, a splash screen pop up with a user agreement message that by "logging into the computer you abite with terms and conditions etc". I created a config profile with a Login Windows Payload and in the banner I copied the user agreement message, but since the message is too long you cant see anything unless you scroll down. I also created a little app using Script Editor and packaged it, then created a config profile to add it to Login Items. but I need a better solution. I am hoping if someone has done it.
Thank you

have you tried using the built-in Policy Banner feature? https://support.apple.com/en-au/119845
I haven't deployed one of these for a while, but it's pretty straightforward and offers a much nicer UX with branding than you will get from the login window text

What @marcus--ransom said, although I'd use the link https://support.apple.com/119845 for Apple's support article so you get your standard local instead the Oz'ified version they linked to :-)

I have used the policy banner option and it worked really well. You may also be able to use Swift Dialog if you want to make it pretty. I think I will try doing that just for fun 😁
