I have seen this a lot when there are a lot of apps or agents loading at login or startup. Once you can get in, I would recommend looking in /Library/LaunchAgents, /Library/LaunchDaemons, and in /User/Library/LaunchAgents to check what may be loading when you startup and/or login to the Mac.

it has some application on /Library/LaunchAgents, /Library/LaunchDaemons.

I feel that after installation of CyberArk EPM this issue is occurring, how to fix it?

If you are tracking this to the time window where you deployed EPM, you need to have the team that owns EPM review their policies and logs. If they are blocking a process that is preventing logging in to the OS there is nothing you can do to fix it from the MDM side.

If you are able to, uninstall CyberArk and check if the issue goes away. If it does, then you have proof that it's negatively affecting your login process.

I checked the cyberark logs, not found anything in the event during that time.

Very rarely getting this issue not always, so I couldn't tell them EPM is causing it. is there any way to check the logs which is causing the issue.
