Hi everyone,
Excited by the new feature, we are testing today the new possibility of focusing a student device onto just an attention screen. First, we were a little dissapointed to see the Self Service Mobile app has to be installed for that to work. Nevertheless, we have installed it as a managed app with the appropriate settings. Even after the app has installed, the Focus on Attention Screen only locks the iPad into the Self Service Mobile app, but does not display the heads-up message. Casper focus on the teacher iPad displays an error message, saying that the locked device may not meet all the requirements.
Any suggestions on this?

Works for us. I did have to click on the on the part where you enter a message before it would show the attention screen. Otherwise it just locked them on self service.

Did you set up the manual deployment of Self Service like in this KB?
That error message means that Focus doesn't think that the device has Self Service installed.
Each device needs to have Self Service showing up in its inventory for Casper Focus to know about it (Focus only knows what the JSS knows), so make sure it's showing up there. Also, be sure to refresh Focus after Self Service is installed and is showing up in inventory.

Yes, everything is set up properly. Still doesn't work.

Now, it doesn't even lock the iPad into Self Service, but the iPad displays the message that the guided access app is not installed...This clearly isn't working properly.
