how to allow another email on a iPad for app subscription only (Photo Finish Automatic Timing -app)

Hi All,
This is about an app which installed on an iPad through JAMF Pro.
The app has been installed without any issue. The app was purchased through Apple school manger and pushed to the iPad using Jamf. 

When I open the App, It gives me the option to "contune with the Apple" Then i get the option  "Close or "settings" When I click It opens the settings and because it manged by us it's locked.
Is there any other way I can add another company email for this iPad to get the subscription going (check the images)?

Or any other option that I can get a subscription to the app

That still doesn't require a subscription, however it does appear to require an iCloud account, so a Managed Apple Account should work, perhaps loosen the iCloud login restriction, and instead limit it to Managed Apple Accounts, then provide an account that can be used with that iPad and app.

As @wakco said, your only option is to loosen your restrictions on the use of Apple Accounts. As far as logging in with some other form of authentication, that is something you would need to reach out to the Application publisher about.
