Our original Jamf Pro URL is mdm.dpmhome.com, but now it's failed to use. BTW, I have to use dpmhome.jamfcloud.com for access after your cloud service going back recovered, please let us know how can I use back mdm.dpmhome.com, thank you

Just a suggestion. It is best to submit these requests as Support Ticket and not on a the public message board.
Also, if you were not aware, Jamf suffered a major outage yesterday that is still in remediation (most users are back up). You should keep this website in your bookmarks: https://status.jamf.com

My suggestion, for situations like this is to skip Jamf Nation and go directly to a support ticket as this is a product issue. Jamf had a total outage for 14hrs last night and has specifically said custom URLs are still not all working as of an hour ago.
